Vacation Policies

Next planned vacation period: September 23rd-October 1st 2026

 

When we're away from our workspace, whether that be for vacation, a sudden family emergency, or anything else, we will place the website on "vacation," meaning you will be unable to place an order. But, that doesn't mean we're completely gone! Here are some things that we may or may not be able to accomodate for during these periods:

 

We can/will:

-Respond to questions via Shopify's messenger system or email (we just ask that you give us a bit of extra time to respond!)

-Ship out any orders placed prior to the shop "closing"

-Process returns/send return labels

-Accomodate for emergency orders on a case-by-case basis

-Reopen the shop by 12pm EST on the given return date

 

We cannot:

-Receive new orders

-Ship out any non-emergency orders arranged after the given vacation start time
